It is such a significant statement to walk 60 miles for three days throughout the streets of Kansas City. It raises such awareness and touches so many people.

I walk four miles three or four times a week.

Some of them had been there two or three days. Some of them had not eaten in six days.

There are people walking around the streets of Kansas City who are unemployed, while one of our largest employers is not only sending jobs aboard, but then turning around and making a statement about preserving jobs.

I really like Kansas City Royals stadium - Kauffman Stadium.

I'm breast cancer-free, but how long that's going to remain I don't know. No one knows because we don't have a cure and that's why I'm walking. The fight is not over.
