It is unusual to pair freshman together. They have been very steady throughout the entire season.

We started off great. It's a long season for a freshman. We are just getting worn down. From here on out, it's got to be all heart and working on that mental aspect of the game.

Gina's opponent played really well. It wasn't really a case of Gina playing any worse; it was just that her opponent played so well.

She's such a competitor. (Friday), she lost the first set and I knew that she'd come back. She won the last two sets. She's got a lot of style and she has a lot of shots. She's only a sophomore and we know she has a lot of talent. Now, it's a matter of learning how to play the top players around the country.

It was great doubles and could have gone either way. It's tough to lose the doubles, because you always want that first point, but we're playing well, and now we just need to win four singles matches.

It will be nice to play on a consistent surface in warm weather, as opposed to here. We are going to play some nationally ranked teams, but we can beat anyone -- we just have to be confident when we step on the court.
