I'm interested to see what the organization does and role it plays in the state of Iowa. I'm looking forward to being a part of it and becoming acquainted with others who do this type of work elsewhere in Iowa.

I knew I didn't want to teach. For whatever reason, I didn't think about teaching in higher education.

I like having some role and responsibility to preparing the next generation of student affairs administrators. I like what I do, I like the students I work with and I like my colleagues. I like working with new students every year and I still find the work that I do interesting and challenging.

They might not even know who they're facing. It would be nice to give them a scare anyway.

In Winnipeg, we were probably 100-1 underdogs. Now? Oh, we're probably facing the same odds.
