It kind of disguises the exercise. This is a great way to start the school year. This is one goal that we're all working on.

We've been trying to get a hold of them, but we haven't been able to do that yet. I don't know if the school is still standing or full of water.

Everyone can participate on some level. It's great that even a little third-grader feels like she's doing something.

I would exercise constantly. I'd get up at 3:30 in the morning and exercise before school. I'd work out after school, and again before bed.

This helps the kids who aren't getting much exercise during the school day.
