It looked as if we were starting to control the match. We might have gone on to get a good result for ourselves. It certainly took away one of our best players.

If we (council) are going to take the responsibility to control the budget then we also must take the responsibility to have as many meetings as it takes to pass the proper legislation. It is an issue of council that we want better control over what is spent.
