It might be thematic work. It might be theatrical. I enjoy that kind of work.

I don't think I've got the stuff that Broadway musicals are made of. But there are definitely many musicals that I enjoy. 'Hair' and 'Rent' might be my favorites.

A lot of work, ... Training at the IMG Academy in Florida - there's always someone there to work on your game, guys there to play with. I put a lot of shots up - my arm still hurts! Workouts were different every day, but I'm sure I shot over 1,000 (a day). I shot three times a day and played. Three-pointers too.

That's how you keep everyone together and everyone to go out there and work. That's the starting point of being a leader.
