It only takes one protest to trigger a hearing, but I think they have two protests filed against them. (I) don't know the nature of what those protests are at this point.

This doesn't happen very often.

One reason we want to collect the use tax and have been very aggressive about it is that 100 percent of the sales tax goes to education--the use tax does too.

There were a series of protests calling for the removal of military recruiters. There was even a protest at the Career Fair. Of course, all of these protests were against the policy of recruitment, not against the military itself.

We are still retaining some monies for liquidated damages, and we're also going to a dispute-review-board hearing over some other issues that they're claiming payment for that we're not agreeing with.

Protest is OK. But protests, according to my King family legacy, should be peaceful.
