It really does seem like another country. It's just so surreal to be here and see this for yourself because we were in the Lower Ninth Ward last week and it looks like the hurricane happened last week, not six months ago.

Hands-on is way better than sitting in a classroom and talking about it.

This week was different from last week as we were running with top teams and top runners in the country. She was able to run a good race and handle the pressure very well. She is running with expectations of being successful and she should continue to improve. Overall, she is just an overall good runner at any distance and we are lucky to have her.

I don't think it's rational for a country to try to kill the Saudi Arabian ambassador in a restaurant in Washington.

The actual falling snow is almost gone now apart from in the extreme East of the country. As temperatures rise the snow that is left on the ground will thaw although there will be some left around tomorrow morning.
