It really has been a momentum-driven push to $60 over the past week. We've seen funds really pile in hard in an effort to push it over (that level).

Republicans seem to only go back to the past, and I think that's representative of how they think policy-wise. They don't want to change with the world, they don't want to move Illinois forward.
