Albany when snow hit.“It’s New York, people. It’s winter. We get snow. If you aren’t prepared
to deal with it, move to Miami.

It's starting to feel like New York City but with better weather. That's the thing that I'm really, really noticing. I'm not turned off by it but I know people that are.

In the downturn I foresee, no market will be immune. But New York will weather the decline better than other markets.

I saw 'Hairspray' at the Pantages in L.A. It came to the Pantages right before I did the movie, and just being in New York sometimes and seeing the marquees and everything like that, I'm like, 'I really, really have to go experience a Broadway play.'
