It seems a little ridiculous if there isn't any funds. It's very unfortunate the way this is all unfolding at this point.

Now we're back to another plan, which is very close to the original plan, except now that plan has to be evaluated and commented on and around and around we go again.

The original plan was $4.5 million. The Corps' plan was $11 million and now it's even higher as I understand it. It's priced out of the range to what the Corps could even tolerate.

It's unfortunate to see one guy take the fall for 25. It really is. There seems to have been not as many questions about us and the way we've played than there were about him. If we can take a positive from it, that's going to change. This is the wake-up call maybe we need.

It seems the referees take these preconceived notions about what he's going to do. It's ridiculous some of the calls.
