It seems like we're definitely clicking right now. During the year we're gonna get on a roll, get in a flow, and right now, I believe we're in it.

Everything is very ideal, right now. I'm starting to feel pretty excited that we're going to get this underway.

The plans and the policies that are set out are generally in the right direction but where we have been less successful is being able to drive through the implementation.

The guy is relentless when it comes to his work ethic. He's the first person in the parking lot in the morning, and sometimes the last one out. That level of dedication for what coaches get paid is remarkable.

He's an extraordinary kid. I wish we could have an athletic department full of him.

We're crunched for time. As an AD I had an obligation to try to get the best facility possible to play on so our kids could continue to participate. Hebert Field allows us to do that.
