It sounds like it's too soon to write the obituary on the housing market. There's not enough clear evidence.

There's not a big market out here for housing. You don't find what you need, but you find what you can handle and be comfortable in.

It is not clear from the evidence that Mr. Berarducci was doing anything more than backing up his truck to avoid a continued confrontation with Mr. Kimberly, which, it should be noted, Mr. Kimberly had initiated and in which he persisted by approaching Mr. Berarducci's truck a second time, ... There is not evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that it was Mr. Berarducci's intent to harass, annoy, or alarm Mr. Kimberly.

So far, the cracks in the housing market are not that great, but with inventories skyrocketing, that may not last long.

We do not want market timers. They're not welcome here at all. I want to make that clear that we do not want market timers at Vanguard Group.
