It sounds wonderful. We've been using the old schoolhouse, but it really limits the amount of people you can have at a meeting.

It's a nice thing when the two groups kind of work together, the school board and county commission. I know in the past that maybe hasn't been the case. When they work together, it's better for everybody. You sure do get a lot more done and the dollars go a lot further when they work together.

That is a great idea. We've wanted a community center for quite some time. This would really be a step in the right direction.

The marketing point is that it lets kids do something that's forbidden. Kids are all about limits and what they can and can't do.

I find it interesting that these same few people that signed the petition are willing to let the city limits goose hunt continue, ... That tells me they are not as interested as keeping the neighborhood safe as they are in keeping people out who are enjoying a legal activity.

It wasn't just speed limits. They saw a lot of driver behaviors that were extraordinary. People making aggressive moves. People, because of the congestion and delays, taking some risks.
