It started in the Northern Valley area and then there were calls from Charlottesville, Hampton Roads and Richmond.

Of course when I got to be a star on "Let's Make a Deal," I started getting 20 calls a week. I would respond. My fee was zero. They liked my fee and they liked the job I did and I raised, in the last 50 years, I raised $800 million. And it's been a great ride.

A lot of the legal firms and accounting firms that had locations in South Hampton Roads opened locations on the Peninsula. What we are trying to do is not different than what happened before.

There is so little new warehouse space available in Hampton Roads right now and we believe the timing is perfect for the development of these two additional warehouse buildings.

We feel like we have excellent access in and out. When you look at the transportation woes in Hampton Roads, trying to get the funding for a new bridge and tunnel, we already have that in place. That is a key thing that is putting us in a key position.

'Silicon Valley' has come to mean the Bay Area, not just down the Peninsula.
