It takes a lot of time, energy and focus for the Housing Authority to be its own developer.

Our responsibility is to see they are in safe, affordable housing, especially if we have vacant units at other sites that need to be leased. That's not to say none of them will get a voucher. But they're not automatically entitled to it.

People are cautious. What hopefully happens is that the market corrects ... takes its time and lets earnings catch up to stock prices. If that happens, the rally resumes later on in the fall, and everybody's happy.

There must be other figures who have broadened out in other fields, but not with her energy and focus. Working that hard maybe does something good for you.

The focus of our agenda for this meeting is on energy, and on how we can make better use of technology to make the transition to a low-carbon economy.

It was frustrating to keep your mouth shut all week. What we did was focus that energy inward and let it out on the field today. That's all that matters. Anybody can talk.... We don't do that. We feel like we're a humble type of team and organization. And we talk with our pads.
