It used to be independent cells, with dedicated staff. Now we have a complete work cell focused on all the linkage assemblies.

The whole point of this is to create a more flexible workforce.

I told the guys to dump it in and chase, to try to work it down low, but they would just stack three guys on the blue line and challenge us to skate it in. We tried all day, but we couldn't get anything going down low. They had a good game plan and everybody played it perfectly.
