It was a change of scenery for me. I felt like I had spent so much time running on trails that I wanted to see what it was like running on the road.

I think that I did everything right nutritionally leading up to the race. I was ready, mentally and physically. I think a lot of it was just training smarter and not overtraining.

My goal was to try to get under the 3:30 barrier. I was setting my pace for 7:50 (per mile), and I pretty much stayed on that for the entire time.

I'm running because we need change.

There's no reason that the cruise stuff can't get back up and running, ... demand (from cruise lines) could change with the fact that the city can't accommodate tourists.

Both candidates were running as agents of change, but instead of using their wealth to sell their agendas, these multimillionaires have squandered money on attacks. It's not that the charges are scandalous; this is the usual stuff we see in New Jersey. It's the amount of ads these guys have paid for.
