It was a good early-season getaway. It was a good team-bonding experience. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

That was a once-in-a-lifetime team.

She pitched really well against some tough teams.

Those four freshman have been playing competitive summer ball, which is a big advantage. They just need some experience at the high school level now. We have a good combination of youth and experience. We should be able to challenge for the league title and hopefully advance further in the state playoffs.

All of them have coached and/or played in a really competitive conference. There's a lot of experience there and that's helping a lot.
