It was a hard-fought game. Certainly, we played well in spurts and not well at times.

It was a hard-fought, physical game. Both teams played very hard.

We played with them in spurts. That's something we talked about after the game. We have to be more consistent. In the next two days we have to focus on not being so up and down.

We had too many defensive breakdowns. We had been playing well the last two months, but this game isn't played on paper. We were on the other side of March Madness for the first time as a high seed and we didn't respond well to the challenge.

It certainly was a game of spurts. We kept cutting it down and MSU kept pushing it back up. We challenged the kids and I was happy with the effort.
