It was a lack of supervision and sloppiness and I think those two things have certainly been corrected.

The problem we have had on the budget all along is a lack of adult supervision on the part of the White House. You can't blame members of Congress for looking out for their parochial interests. It is the president's responsibility to look out for the national interest.

He doesn't think he should be on supervision. He thinks he's too good for it.

I think that this is a good starting point. I certainly don't think we need to be watching him while he sleeps.
