It was a messy situation. I think David felt extremely betrayed. David told me that he felt of Lou as his father, his mentor.

I don't feel like they betrayed me. It's just a tough situation. I'm disappointed. I felt like I had done enough around here that they would keep me.

It really just shocked the hell out of me. I'm sitting here wondering how could I not have known and how could I not have helped him. We just never discussed these old kinds of wounds.

I think David is a true student of the game.
