It was a nice way to finish my career. We just threw everything out there and skate as hard as we could. We knew it was our last game, so we just decided to go for it.

It gets frustrating sometimes, especially after a loss like this where you know now you're pretty much out of it. But you have to just keep your head up and play like you want to win.

Hopefully, this will put us in the right direction and we can win some more games; it's been tough. It's fun playing hockey, but it gets old going out there every day and not coming away with wins. Feels nice getting our first win under our belts.
