It was a team protection. We did a good job as far as what could have happened. We've seen him against other teams being very disruptive.

So many people put so much emphasis on the Pittsburgh game,

Absolutely everyone can improve, and the veterans especially, in setting that kind of precedent that we don't make those little mistakes, that we don't fumble the ball, that we don't get unnecessary penalties. We kind of try to set a higher standard for everybody where the team benefits more. We can all do that.

They walk down that wall down there that has all the Super Bowl memorabilia on it and they have no idea who the people are.

This is a great time for the bye week. It will be good for people's bodies to heal and to get a little mental refreshment.

All I know is that to be able to go out and kick the ball so far with such little feet is amazing. I tell people on the sideline, 'Don't step on this man's toes, we need him.' He's short. He talks funny because he's from South Africa, and he's a great fisherman. That's what I know about Gary Anderson. But I'm so glad we have him. He's been in situations like he was [Saturday] so many times in his career, and he's going to come through almost every time.
