It was a total lack of focus, concentration and intensity. You add all that up and it equals 27 turnovers and a loss.

Focus in on the genre you want to write, and read books in that genre. A LOT of books by a variety of authors. And read with questions in your mind.

It kind of got sloppy after that. We lost our focus and we did some things that if we do in the future, it's going to hurt us.

It seems like we've been practicing with more focus than before. Guys are really focused on their assignments.

My role will be to focus on getting everything we can from the areas we're investing in, making sure that people have the right jobs, and ensuring we have a clear plan and a well-articulated vision of where we're taking the company -- those are the primary things I bring to the table.

I'll still focus on music. This is what I'm best at.
