It was just one of those days where we had a tough time finishing.

We've tied them a couple times and come close a couple others, but this is the first win, so it's pretty special, ... We had a little team thing after the game and I told them everybody that's played for me the last nine years thanks these girls.

It was just one of those days where they made some great shots. We knew we had a tough five games to open the season, but we're still playing OK and we're right on target to achieve what we want to do this season.

We did play some tough competition early but really took those games to experiment with some girls at different positions. Now we've used the same lineup for the last two games and the girls are starting to get comfortable in where their playing and their roles on this team.

This win might get us jump started a little now, ... We can enjoy it for one day then have to get ready for Frankfort on Monday.

It's like that look your wife gives you that says, 'OK, it's time to go. It's time to go now ,' ... Marvin will give me that look, 'I'm getting out of this 5-yard slant pattern.' And we both know what's going on. Because we're both seeing the same thing.
