It was really disappointing down there. It was a tough field, but that's the way I have always scheduled. I want our guys to play tough competition to see what it takes to get to that level.

The players want to leave a legacy that they were tough. When they get out on the field they want their opponents to say. 'You know what, those guys were tough.' That's what I would say the attitude of our team is.

It's a very tough course here. It's set up to be very tough on the big hitters and for Nick to play as well as he did against this kind of competition, it's tremendous.

When you go out on a football field, you are responsible for taking care of yourself. The more rules you get, the less players truly take care of themselves.

It was very disappointing for us, but not like it was for some of my other colleagues who are halfway through a project and have research technicians and students on board who are now scrambling to find something to do.
