It was the first time we'd ever really seen agents and teams actively going after players. It's kind of what you see, in a small way, what happens in football and basketball.

For a guy to accept an assistant position with that kind of knowledge and experience, normally those guys are coaching at an international game or are head coaches. He's the kind of person that we're fortunate to have as part of our program.
