It was the one big positive from last season that two good young midfield players emerged to maybe take over from Patrick. For the last two seasons I think Patrick dipped below his own standards.

He (Eriksson) has lost a bit of the dressing room.

They want to fund these programs so they will pay off in the future. There is some concern that the infrastructure at the community level may not yet be in place for the dollars to be spent.

A lot of positive things happened and overall everyone did a good job. For a low-key meet we had some high level performances.

This is a positive event that will likely generate many headlines.
