It went very well. We set some long-range goals very nicely and had a very enjoyable time doing it.

One of our goals during this time is to maintain stability for our employees. Our employees were used to receiving both a 401(k) plan as well as a pension plan. By continuing to offer both, our employees can continue to stay focused and aggressively strive to serve our customers both during and after the separation from Sprint Nextel.

We did fairly well. Everybody won two matches except for one guy. That's usually one of our goals. I just like coming to this tournament because of the competition that we get. Even though we might take some losses for our record it'll pay off in the long run come tournament time at the end of the year.

It's a good accomplishment, but it was never one of my goals coming in. I'll feel a lot better when we win a championship.

A goal without a plan is just a wish.

A winner is someone who recognizes his God- given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.
