It would be nice to have a different perspective, different points of view on how to approach families while building a lasting relationship. I learn as much from the volunteers as they do from me.

From our perspective, the physician always makes that final decision, and the patient's well-being is always our primary concern.

From a reality perspective, I'm sure part of that is true, but this is the largest blackout in U.S. history. If that is not a signal that we have got a problem that needs to be fixed, I don't know what is.
