It would be tragic if we rebuilt New Orleans and left if no safer than it was two weeks ago.

I said a few weeks ago that J.R. wasn't playing well and if it continued, I would have to make some changes, and today was the perfect time to do that.

We can talk in the abstract about what a rebuilt New Orleans would look like. In the end that is not going to matter nearly as much, I hope, as what the people of the region themselves decide they want.
