Simplicity thrives where acceptance and awareness meet and if neither exist, simplicity quickly turns to mayhem. Meditation brings awareness to how we feel, what we think, and what is happening in the moment. Breathing reveals acceptance. Be in the moment and let everything fall away until only acceptance and awareness exist. Where simplicity begins, the search for happiness ends.
