It wouldn't be right to return to the table and negotiate a formal agreement absent a tangible demonstration of respect for what Canada has accomplished in the quasi-judicial system.

The U.S. has to do something tangible to show respect for the process,

Everyone wants to have their say. It sucks, though, when having one's say, another's say is diminished in the process. We may not agree on all things, but it sure would be just dandy if we could be respectful of each other.

The bottom line is I have an agreement with him, ... We have had an excellent relationship and I certainly don't want to go down any court route, but at the end of the day I have to look after Sports Network's interests. We're still talking and hopefully something will be resolved.

It's a good sign they're going back into negotiations, ... That's where they're going to reach an agreement, not in the courtroom.

We're all in an agreement. Anything we can do to make sure we get calls right and give players the opportunity win football games, I'm all for it.
