It's a beginner grade and is definitely in some people's budget.

They both worked hard to get this in the city capital budget.

It was our dream ever since seventh or eighth grade. Ever since we found out the game was (at UA), we made it our goal to get here and get it done. It's very special. It's amazing to finish out at home on a note like this.

Conceptually, the governor is in favor of it, but he wants to see how it fits in the overall budget.

We can't wait until he graduates. He's definitely been a thorn in our side.

But we are gratified that the General Assembly has included quite a few of the governor's initiatives in this budget.
