It's a good idea in principle because the kids round here love football.

This was an opportunity to bring cultures together for a common love - the game of football. These kids, they're playing for pride. If you watch their games, it's fantastic because of the passion.

I love football and have a passion to help kids learn and see them grow and develop. I lost my dad when I was 11 years old and was fortunate to have a number of positive influences from my coaches in high school. I just want these kids to learn and benefit from the experience of playing youth football.

These kids have invested a ton in getting ready for this football season, so they worked real hard at getting back.

We felt like we were a much better football team than we were showing. Our kids are battlers and that's what we did in the second half. They responded to some adversity themselves and rose above it themselves. It's a credit to them.

We want those kids to be playing football.
