It's a good way to get more guys involved. We have four guys who deserve to wear (the A) and not just two.

Detroit is playing good and all four of those guys deserve to be here. But this game has always been about style and flamboyance. I think that will show up more. At the end of a year, when a team wins a championship, they talk about teamwork. At an All-Star Game, it's all about dunks, the lobs and the shooting.

As I said seven days ago, it doesn't involve me. I'm not involved. I've said it for seven days, it's over and done with.

We need to get guys re-energized and refocused. This should be the greatest week of their lives ... they should be having fun.

We're going to get a lot of calls over the next four weeks. Obviously, we'll listen.

We're here for a little bit of a tour for four or five days, just to get together and kind of talk about the season. The players everybody is talking about are all playing well, and decisions are very difficult. No matter what we do, there is going to be a controversy.
