I have a problem coming to a situation where I was asked to come and I thought it was going to be conducive for all of us to be successful. I felt like I was the missing piece, and being the missing piece, they wouldn't even let me be the piece. It has nothing to do with the coach. He's in a [tough] situation. It has nothing to do with the organization.

The results confirmed that there is a better operating environment. There is not a lot of available space in Tokyo now in prime-grade office buildings. We expect to see quite decent rental growth from this point.
