It's a joke - a bad joke, but a joke.

The law is very specific and the penalties are very severe.

We had one board that wanted to charge us $7 a page. They will use any kind of delaying tactic imaginable.

We even sent them a certified letter but they won't pick it up.

The only thing that convinced them to obey the law was when we hired (attorney) David Carrier - 'We are going to sue you' - that got their attention. I've found that virtually nobody wants to obey the law and that nobody wants to enforce the law.

The meaning of life is not to be discovered only after death in some hidden, mysterious realm; on the contrary, it can be found by eating the succulent fruit of the Tree of Life and by living in the here and now as fully and creatively as we can.
