It's a long and complicated story that goes back 10 years and needs careful explaining,

very weak and very fragile ... he wasn't the same person that left Pennsylvania in March.

He has not been mistreated, except by not having adequate medical care.

He appeared much weaker, physically and mentally, he is having a very difficult time and he appears very tired,

I request this release to be as soon as possible as my father is terminally ill and I wish to visit him one last time,
