It's a long flight for both teams. This team is not going to hang its head. We're going to come back tomorrow with the same energy we had today.

I just have to keep working my rear-end off, ... I'm not going to pout; that is not going to do anybody any good. It is not my legs, it is not the fact I'm 40 years old. You don't just [perform well] your whole career and have it fall off the table. These things happen, but you can't control when it happens.

It is not how you start; it's how you finish, ... I expect to make it a strong finish.

We can't overpower teams. But this team is a little smarter, a little more selective. It has to be.

We had a lot of contact tonight, but you know what? I'm not going to hang my head. These guys worked their butts off all year long but we didn't make the Chase. The world's not over with. The main thing is that we need to go and win a race. I think that would be good for all the guys.

We're really maturing as a team, we know how good we can be. When it comes to ranked teams, (we) need every advantage we can get and they (coaches) have done a great job of preparing us for these games.
