It's a lot of pitches to throw in 92 degree weather.

Kmart's sales for October were on plan despite softer apparel sales due to unseasonably warm weather during the latter half of the month. Sales volumes for the third quarter were near expectations. Categories showing particular strength for the month included home appliances and electronics, do-it-yourself, home decor, cosmetics and fragrances, consumables, stationery and pharmaceuticals.

I think we had to weather the storm for the first 10 minutes or so before we warmed up. We were a little quiet and lacked the intensity defensively. But after that we were in it. I thought we played very well in the first half.

It is phenomenal. Obviously, the weather inhibits what you can do outside as far as walking to different places. So, the fact they are offering the service to us is great.

Like any outdoor event, we're a bit weather-sensitive. We have stayed open mostly rain or shine, unless there's been a dramatic condition that doesn't allow for it.

I've raced here for three years, and it's always great. Except for the weather changing every five minutes.
