It's a perfect storm of insider access, big money and bad policy. They're sweeping away 200 state laws without a hearing, all because very wealthy interests want them to.

I believe that's the American Chemistry Council's top priority. I think it's very much a live issue and people in New Jersey should be very much concerned about it.

The food industry wants to take the states out of the picture because they can't control them. This is how they do it. They make campaign contributions, and they hire people close to members of Congress.

It can be done, without prison money.

The NCAA sits there and says, 'Hey, you can't make any money. And then it's, 'Oh, by the way, good luck trying to sue us because we'll drag you down on the legal expenses.' That's how much money they've got. At that point, Jeremy got himself into a hole.

Our goal is to try to identify the ways this money can be used to have the most leverage, in terms of providing private sector investment.
