It's a shame. Something like this can happen just that quickly. Kids could have been out here. I have a granddaughter who is 6.

We're sending a mixed message to our developers, and it's a shame.

The kids were screaming, they were in shock and one kid definitely had a broken leg. Another kid, a cable that's on the street over there was wrapped around the kid's neck, he couldn't breathe, so we tried moving that out of the way, but I didn't want to move the kids because I was afraid that any movement would hurt them. I just wanted to make sure they were protected from any additional injury.

We have a new vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis. It's called Boostrix [and it is] licensed for kids 11 to 18 years of age.
