It's a strange situation to have one set of regulations in one port and not in others, isn't it?

It's kind of a strange situation to be in. There are not a lot of guys to go to for advice or solace ... You've just got to have patience. We all have to have some patience.

We're pleased that they (USDA inspectors) did go out there but still feel cautious about this situation because the regulations that the USDA enforces are minimum, and I emphasize minimum.
