It's a very exciting year for us. The first day of practice, I had 30 girls show up.

I really like the team here. They are real together. We have practice every day and the girls are real, real nice with me. We have a good team.

They're hungry. They're looking for a win. They want to beat somebody, they don't care who it is.

It's been awesome seeing the turn out that we've had. I don't know how many games we're going to win. We've kind of got the pieces, now just figuring out how they all fit together is going to be the big trick.

The girls work on that, they play keep-away every day at practice. They know how to stall.

Every day they asked us about practice, flights, hotels, off-the-court stuff, everything. I said, 'Everybody on the team is cool, everybody's down to earth. Shaq, I told them he was funny. Everybody already heard that. I told them practice was hard, the flights were cool, hotels were top-of-the-line.
