I would not increase the stock position in this market. It's too risky.

They are putting their hopes on a sharp snap-back in the market. Management has been in denial for a while, and they continue to be in denial. If the snap-back isn't reasonably sharp, they have to think about very, very deep cuts in spending.

The law on the books is not adequately helping the public. How does a person get a fourth or fifth DUI? That is just unacceptable.

I don't know if there will ever be a national database to track them.

Let me say again that the relationship is asymmetrical: there's no democracy without a market economy, but you can have a market economy without democracy.
