It's a wonderful deal for Hilton. It's really allowing them to control the Hilton brand on a global perspective. It's something that had confused travelers internationally for some time.

High quality retailers are chasing good locations so huge demand exists for that type of real estate. And look at what hotels have done since 9/11. They've done a wonderful job of bringing their occupancy rates up.

There is a willingness in the market to pay for income.

They [Comcast] control the network, and so there is a service quality that they can ensure. From their perspective, it is worth the premium [price], and arguably it is.

The countries urgently need international assistance to build up basic surveillance and control systems.

The next person they want is someone they can control.
