It's about fitting in, being a teammate, ... None of the other stuff matters if you're not that. Matt immediately became one of the guys. That's the most important thing and then he's a good player. He's done a remarkable job when you think of first-year quarterbacks.

It's kind of been perplexing not to be able to get Matt the at-bats.
