It's an accomplishment to beat two teams we were playing with today.

Today we can all have a great sense of accomplishment and a sense that we have all made a difference. Despite over two years of frustration we have now seen the best of West Hartford and I am so proud of our strong community for helping to make this day possible.

It's a huge honor, and I feel like it's a major achievement to have this accomplishment in this fraternal order that has been predominantly male. It's hard for a woman to break into something that is male-dominated.
